To prevent misdiagnosis and “parts cannon” replacements, all claims must meet the following criteria: Identify the Faulty Unit: You must pinpoint the specific failed coil. Claims for full sets will be automatically rejected. Proof of Failure Required: You must provide a garage invoice or a diagnostic scan (e.g., Error Code P030X) identifying the specific cylinder misfire. The “Swap Test”: We recommend swapping the suspected coil to another cylinder. If the misfire follows the coil, you have a valid claim.
