The Squirrel begged to be let go. It offered to help the bear in the future. The Bear, who thought himself the lord of the forest burst out laughing. He flung the Squirrel to the ground and left. Walking off into the forest. He had not walked far before finding a piece of meat. He tried to snatch it up but it was actually a snare!! Unable to escape and roaring in pain the Squirrel heard him and came. She chewed through the rope and freed him.Hand carved in the USSR in Soviet Russia.
