12 volt 100 amp 300Tdi high output Alternator, HELLA, GL1109

Description 12 volt 100 amp A127 HELLA Alternator inc pulley. Part Number:- GL1109, 12 volt 100 amp 300 Tdi high output Alternator, HELLA Weight:- 8Kg Manufacturer:- HELLA Fits:- Defender, Discovery 1 & RRc 300 tdi engines with eye terminals on the wires. Will also fit  200 tdi Discovery 1 / RRC engines as long as you use a V Pulley and a 13mm wide fan belt as the 10mm will not last for long. They will also fit our 300tdi, 200tdi Disco/RRC, 200tdi Defender and TD5 Twin Alternator Mounting Brackets. A 65mm 7 Rib pulley is supplied with this alternator as shown in the pictures. We recommend using this larger 65mm pulley as the larger diameter means you have more belt contact (belt wrap) on the pulley, which means less belt slip under load. If fitting this Alternator with a larger 65mm pulley to a 300tdi engine in the original mounting place you will require the longer ERR3287 7PK1595 Fanbelt. The smaller 53mm pulley uses the shorter ERR5911 7PK1580 Fanbelt. They have bolt type terminals for the wires on the back, nuts are supplied for these FOC. These alternators are brand new A127i L/H HELLA units and are very good quality. WARRANTY We can only offer a limited UK warranty on electrical items due to the nature they are being used for, these are a non standard applications and fitted to modified vehicles.
