Weight:- 1KG Manufacturer:- Gwyn Lewis 4×4 Part Number:- GL1044, MARSLAND Chassis A Frame Bolt & Sleeve Kit for M16 Bolt Holes Fits:- All Defender 90,110,130 Marsland Chassis M16 A Frame Chassis Mountings. If you are re-chassising a 1984 to 2009 90, 110, or 130 using a Marsland Chassis you may require this Bolt and Sleeve kit. All early Defenders use the Bolt-On A Frame mounts using 3/4 UNF bolts, but these new chassis use the M16 bolts. Marsland Chassis use the GKN 2009 to 2016 chassis, these chassis all had the A Frame brackets welded to the A Frame Cross Member and used M16 bolts. Why do I need this Bolt & Sleeve kit:- If you are using one of the below bush kits on your Marsland Galv Chassis, the A frame Bush has a sleeve with a 19mm hole. The hole in the new Galv chassis is 16mm, so if you use an M16 bolt in the 19mm bush it will have play and will not tighten correctly, if it does work loose it can cause the rear end to feel loose and wonder on the road and cause a clunk noise on take off.
