Description 1 x Pair 90 Degree Axle Breather Fittings M12 thread 6mm pipe. Part Number:- GL1135, Pair Land Rover Defender Td5 PUMA axle Breather Fittings Weight:- 0.15Kg Fits:- Defender td5/Puma 90/110/130, Disco 2 td5. These will fit Defender Td5/PUMA/Discovery 2 axles that have the original brass push-in fitting, the original fittings are pressed into the axle and do sometimes come loose, fall out and let water in, fitting these will cure the problem. These fittings are a close fit swivel elbow that will allow you to position the pipe correctly after tightening. To fit these, you will need an M12 x 1.5 Tap to cut the thread, remove the original fitting by prizing it out, (no drilling is required), cover your tap in grease to catch the cuttings and tap out the hole, fit the fitting and connect the pipe.
