Forge High Flow Intake Hose for 2021 Onwards MQB Platform 2.0 DNF Code Engines Upgrade your vehicle with the Forge High Flow intake hose designed for the revised 2021 onwards MQB platform 2.0 DNF code engines. This silicone hose replaces the restrictive plastic inlet pipe, increasing air flow and improving efficiency and performance. The result is a remarkable gain of up to 10hp, making it an easy to fit bolt on modification. The Forge developed turbo inlet adaptor improves airflow by routing air more directly into the turbo charger and allowing more air to be compressed due to its larger capacity. This can have a positive effect on vehicle acceleration after long deceleration or in between gear changes. The Forge Motorsport Silicone large turbo inlet hose has increased flow over the standard item, reducing turbulence and disturbing airflow. Testing on the dyno has shown significant benefits from this well-engineered product. The Forge Motorsport inlet pipe fits directly to the factory airbox along with most aftermarket performance intakes. Testing on the Mk8 Golf R showed an increase in power, with results showing 365bhp in complete stock attire. Testing was completed at Litchfields on a Maha independent dyno, with gains of 12BHP and 15lb/ft torque at peak RPM, along with around 8lb/ft and 8BHP in the midrange. This is a simple installation and a modification that releases even more power from the VAG motor. Fitting takes typically around 40 minutes.
