Wagner Tuning Fiat 595 Abarth Competition Intercooler Kit – Manual Gearbox The Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler kit is designed specifically for the Fiat 595 Abarth (Competizione) and Fiat 500 Abarth 595 1.4 Turbo 103-132KW/140-180 PS (2015-2022). Please note, this kit does not fit plug and play for US models. This high-performance intercooler features a new competition core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 600 mm x 204.6 mm x 80 mm (9.8 litres). Developed to meet the specific requirements of the Fiat 500 Abarth, this core offers an 85% larger frontal surface and 131% more core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The aluminium cast endtanks are designed using CAD and optimised with CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. For optimal heat exchange, the intercooler is installed at the front of the car, replacing the two original side intercoolers. The newly developed elliptical hose connection at the outlet, along with Wagner Tuning silicone hoses, allows for a maximum reduction of the charge air distance. This results in significantly improved overall response due to the lower back pressure of the complete intercooler system. An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties protects the intercooler from environmental influences, ensuring lasting and optimal cooling. Installation is straightforward, replacing the original intercooler with a plug and play setup. All Wagner Tuning products undergo continuous quality monitoring.
