Audi S/RS 4.0 TFSI Upgraded Throttle Body This upgraded throttle body is designed for Audi S and RS models with the 4.0 TFSI twin-turbo V8 engine. It increases airflow into the engine to support higher power, especially on tuned and upgraded turbo setups. What this throttle body does The throttle body controls how much air enters the engine. This upgraded unit uses enlarged intake bores, increased from 39.8 mm to 48.6 mm. The larger openings let more air flow into the engine at the same throttle position.
