09 Design Crossover Pipe Reflective Heat Jacket – Fiesta ST Mk8/Mk8.5 / Puma ST 1.5 This reflective heat jacket is a purpose-built thermal shield for the 09 Design HVF rear crossover pipe. Positioned above the turbo manifold, the pipe is prone to heat soak. This jacket cuts radiant heat, helping lower intake temperatures for steadier power and sharper throttle response. It uses high temperature basalt (lava rock) fibre for strong, reliable heat resistance. The reflective outer face helps deflect radiant heat away from the intake path. The flexible construction allows a precise wrap, while stainless steel spring fasteners keep it secure and tidy. The result is cooler, denser air into the engine, less heat stress on nearby hoses and sensors, and more consistent performance during hard driving.
