Forge Motorsport Valve Service Kit The Forge Motorsport Valve Service Kit is a recommended maintenance solution for VAG vehicles equipped with the 1.4 TSI twincharged engines. This kit is specifically designed for vehicles with electronically controlled bypass valves and is suitable for both modified vehicles with increased boost pressure and unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates. Featuring a fully engineered design, this valve kit offers improved reliability and performance compared to the OEM valve. It replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that retains the OEM ECU control over valve actuation. The result is enhanced valve response, maintained ECU control, and no fault codes, check engine lights, or adverse effects. The Forge Motorsport Valve Service Kit includes all necessary components for installation, along with detailed instructions to ensure a simple and hassle-free process. The kit contains the FMDVRTSI Valve, wiring harness, solenoid, bracket, screws, Skoda vacuum tap, self-tapper screws, uprated blue spring, cable ties, 2000mm length of 4mm vacuum hose, socket button screw, nyloc nut, instructions, and a Forge keyring and sticker.
