Forge Motorsport Dump Valve Kit for Ford Fiesta ST MK8 and Ford Puma ST The Forge Motorsport Dump Valve Kit is the perfect solution for Ford Fiesta ST MK8 and Ford Puma ST owners who want to improve their vehicle’s performance. These vehicles were launched without an OEM valve included, but Forge Motorsport has developed a twin piston dump valve that not only gives you an incredibly loud sound when lifting off the throttle but also increases the throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag. This dump valve kit has been designed to help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed ready for when you accelerate, whilst also taking the strain away from the impeller. Without removing this stress from your turbo, it could cause premature failure, especially on tuned engines and modified vehicles. The Forge Motorsport dump valve kit comes with two different rates of springs to accommodate for stock as well as stage 1 boost settings. Additional stage two and above springs are also available to order through our website depending on your vehicle’s engine modifications, including hybrid turbo conversions. The kit includes all the necessary hardware and step-by-step instructions for any enthusiast with appropriate garage tools to fit at home within a couple of hours. Our dump valve kit features CNC machined billet couplers and components, a CNC machined twin piston Forge valve, and Forge silicone hoses that have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone. This means the hoses are suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist. The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments, and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically. The Forge valve will not bring on any check engine lights (EML) and comes with a lifetime warranty.
