Capable of enhancing engine power up to 485 hp, The PowerMax™ direct fit performance turbocharger kits are meticulously designed to boost engine performance while retaining the convenience of OEM direct fitment. With the right engine calibration and tuning, the enhanced compressor aerodynamics significantly increase airflow, surpassing the performance of the original turbocharger. This turbocharger isn’t merely an upgrade or a hybrid but a pinnacle of extreme performance engineering. Each component is of exceptionally high quality, crafted from the most durable materials available. It includes a bespoke compressor housing and a high-strength stainless steel exhaust housing, designed for increased exhaust flow. At the core of this technological marvel is the superior reverse rotating Garrett GT2260S centre section, coupled with a MAR-M exhaust wheel, engineered to withstand exhaust temperatures up to 1050°C. The design of the compressor housing is such that it accommodates most tuning components available as accessories. For instance, the Turbosmart electric blow-off valves seamlessly integrate with the turbocharger, attaching directly to the pre-drilled holes. Additionally, the inlet in front of the compressor wheel is precisely tailored to match the turbocharger, complete with a compatible inlet, facilitating easy attachment of accessory intake systems. The exhaust housing is optimised for increased exhaust gas flow and is specifically crafted for the high-quality Garrett core assembly. It’s made from stainless steel capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1050°C. The design ensures enhanced performance through optimal flow and compatibility with all downpipes fitting to the exhaust housing outlet.
