Included is a paperback book explaining the system, and a rubber mat with the Sky Spread printed on it to lay the cards out onThe reading method is interesting. You lay out the cards, then form initial impressions from the images. Then you determine the card meanings from the images and from the keywords and card types listed on the card backs. Then, using the images, you make up little scenes or stories so that the symbols interact, to gain intuitive awareness. This is facilitated by the simple nature of the images, rather than the complex images of tarot. Then you imagine the “best picture,” the most positive interaction of the parts of the spread, and determine a level of approach for change and progress.
