Effective Date: January 1, 2025Every order at unpoildanslamain is custom produced. Because printed products are made specifically for each customer, approved orders generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
1 Order Accuracy and Proof Approval
At unpoildanslamain, every order is produced specifically for you. We encourage all customers to review their order details and artwork carefully before approval. Orders go into production immediately after payment and proof approval, and cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
Please verify spelling, layout, colors, and sizing prior to submission. unpoildanslamain is not responsible for errors found after approval or for files provided that do not meet print specifications.
2 Production Turnaround Times
Our next-day printing service applies to qualifying products ordered before the daily cutoff time listed on our website. Turnaround times begin only after artwork has been approved and payment confirmed.
Production time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. While we make every effort to meet posted deadlines, occasional delays may occur due to volume, weather, or supply chain issues.
3 Shipping and Delivery
We proudly ship nationwide across the United States.
All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping times and costs are calculated during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. unpoildanslamain is not liable for delays, losses, or returned shipments caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues once a package has left our facility.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the carrier accepts the package for delivery.

4 Refunds, Reprints, and Credits
Because all printing is custom, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been approved and sent to production.
In the rare event of a production defect or print error caused by unpoildanslamain, we will gladly reprint or issue store credit at our discretion.
To qualify for a reprint or credit, you must:
- Report the issue within seven business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photos showing the defect.
We will review the documentation and respond with a resolution within two business days.
Defects resulting from customer-provided artwork, including low resolution, incorrect file setup, or color discrepancies, are not eligible for refund or reprint.
5 Color Accuracy
All files are printed in CMYK format. We do our best to match colors as closely as possible to your original design, but slight variations can occur due to screen calibration and printing processes. These differences are considered normal and are not grounds for reprints or refunds.
If color accuracy is critical, please request a printed proof before full production.
6 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will open a claim with the carrier and assist in arranging a replacement. Please include clear photos of the damaged packaging and product for faster resolution.
7 Returns
Because each order is custom printed, we do not accept physical returns. Any approved reprint or credit will be issued after a review of the reported issue.
