We make every effort to display products, materials, and finishes accurately. However, because printed products are physical items, the final result may vary slightly from what is shown on a digital screen.

4 Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not considered accepted until payment is confirmed, required artwork is received, and any necessary proof approval is completed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, contain prohibited content, or cannot be produced to our quality standards. If we cancel an order before production begins, any payment collected for that order will be refunded.

Once an order has been approved and production has started, it generally cannot be changed or canceled, as described in our Return Policy.

5 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.

Payment is required in full at the time the order is placed. Payment card transactions are processed by trusted third-party payment providers, and unpoildanslamain does not store complete payment card information. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

If a price is listed incorrectly due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

6 Customer Artwork and Content

When you upload artwork, designs, logos, images, text, or other files ("Customer Content") for production, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the Customer Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce it.
• The Customer Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• The Customer Content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

You grant unpoildanslamain a limited license to use, reproduce, modify for print preparation, and produce the Customer Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. unpoildanslamain is not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing of submitted Customer Content, and you accept full responsibility for the materials you provide.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the unpoildanslamain website, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and design elements, is the property of unpoildanslamain or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission. The unpoildanslamain name and logo may not be used without authorization.

8 Prohibited and Restricted Content

You may not submit artwork or place orders for products that contain content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or that promotes illegal activity. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing content we determine, at our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, infringing, or in violation of these Terms.

Declining an order on these grounds does not constitute legal advice or a determination of legal rights, and the customer remains solely responsible for the content they submit.

9 Production and Turnaround Times

Turnaround times listed on our website refer to production time only and do not include shipping transit time, weekends, or holidays. Next-business-day production is available on select products when an order is submitted, paid for, and approved before the daily cutoff time listed on the applicable product page.

While we make every effort to meet posted turnaround times, estimated production and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to order volume, equipment issues, weather, carrier delays, or supply chain factors. unpoildanslamain is not liable for losses resulting from production or delivery delays.

10 Shipping and Delivery

unpoildanslamain ships nationwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returned shipments caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues once a package has left our facility.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the carrier accepts the package. Additional shipping and delivery details are described in our Return Policy.

11 Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

Because all products are custom-printed, unpoildanslamain does not accept physical returns and does not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been approved and sent to production. In the event of a production defect or print error caused by unpoildanslamain, we may offer a reprint or store credit at our discretion, subject to the conditions described in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12 Color Accuracy and Print Variations

All printing is produced in CMYK color format. We make every effort to reproduce colors accurately, but variations can occur due to differences between digital screens and printed output, monitor calibration, paper stock, and standard printing processes. These variations are considered normal and are not grounds for a refund or reprint.

If exact color accuracy is critical to your project, we recommend requesting a printed proof before full production.

13 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, unpoildanslamain disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
